Job Summary

Amazon is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Learning & Development Coordinator to join our Warehouse Training team. This role is critical in designing, coordinating, and implementing training programs that ensure warehouse associates are fully equipped with the skills and knowledge required to excel in a fast-paced fulfillment environment. Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the development, coordination, and execution of warehouse training programs and initiatives.

• Conduct training needs assessments and help design learning solutions tailored to operational requirements.

• Facilitate onboarding sessions and continuous learning programs for new and existing warehouse employees.

• Maintain training records, track participant progress, and generate reports on training effectiveness.

• Collaborate with operations managers, team leads, and subject matter experts to ensure content accuracy and relevance.

• Support the evaluation and continuous improvement of training materials and delivery methods.

• Coordinate logistics for training sessions, including scheduling, venue setup, and equipment preparation.

• Promote a culture of learning and professional growth across warehouse teams.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Education, Business Administration, or a related field.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to engage diverse audiences.

• Excellent organizational and project management skills with keen attention to detail.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams).

• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic warehouse environment.

• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to adapt training approaches to varying needs.

Experience

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in Learning & Development, Training Coordination, or a related HR/operational role.

• Experience in warehouse, logistics, or operations environments is highly desirable.

• Hands-on experience with training programs, workshops, or e-learning platforms is a plus.

Working Hours

• Full-time position, typically aligned with warehouse operational schedules.

• Flexibility to work early mornings, evenings, or weekends as needed to accommodate training sessions.
