As a Sortation Center Associate at Amazon, you will play a key role in ensuring packages are sorted efficiently and accurately for timely delivery to our customers. Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity and accuracy goals.

• Assist with inventory checks and report any discrepancies or damages.

• Participate in training sessions and process improvement initiatives.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

• Ability to read, write, and comprehend instructions in English.

• Basic computer and scanning device proficiency.

• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow structured processes.

• Physical stamina to stand, walk, bend, and lift packages (up to 49 lbs) repeatedly.

• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Experience

• Previous experience in warehouse operations, logistics, or package handling is an advantage but not required.

• Experience in a fast-paced, high-volume work environment is beneficial.

Working Hours

• Weekend shifts (Saturday and Sunday), with potential for overtime during peak periods.

• Flexible scheduling may be available depending on operational needs.
