Job Summary

Amazon is seeking dedicated, detail-oriented, and reliable Warehouse Pickers/Packers to join our fast-paced fulfillment operations. This role plays a critical part in ensuring customer orders are accurately picked, packed, and prepared for shipment while maintaining Amazons world-class standards for safety, quality, and efficiency. The ideal candidate is physically capable, punctual, and committed to delivering exceptional operational performance in a high-volume warehouse environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Accurately pick customer orders using handheld scanners or warehouse management systems

• Pack items securely and efficiently to meet shipping and quality standards

• Label packages correctly and prepare them for dispatch

• Inspect products for defects or damages before packing

• Meet daily productivity and accuracy targets

• Follow all safety, security, and operational procedures

• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area

• Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors to achieve fulfillment goals

• Perform repetitive tasks, including lifting, bending, walking, and standing for extended periods

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions accurately

• Basic computer or handheld device operation skills

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy

• Good time management and organizational skills

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Experience

• No prior warehouse experience required; training will be provided

• Previous experience in warehousing, logistics, retail, or fulfillment centers is an advantage but not mandatory

Working Hours

• Flexible shifts available, including day, night, weekend, and holiday shifts

• Full-time and part-time positions available
