Serve as the voice of Amazon and provide outstanding customer service via phone, chat, and email.
Resolve product or service problems by clarifying the customers complaint, determining the cause, selecting and explaining the best solution, and following up to ensure resolution.
Assist customers with a wide range of inquiries, including tracking packages, product returns, account troubleshooting, and more.
Follow up on customer interactions and ensure prompt and efficient problem-solving.
Maintain detailed records of customer interactions using Amazons internal systems.
Escalate unresolved issues to appropriate internal teams, adhering to policies and procedures.
Meet or exceed productivity and quality metrics to ensure high performance.
Fluent in Portuguese (verbal and written) and proficient in English.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong typing and data entry skills with attention to detail.
High level of empathy, patience, and professionalism.
Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and prioritize tasks.
Comfortable using online tools and multitasking across systems.
Minimum of 6 months to 1 year of customer service experience (contact center, hospitality, retail, or any client-facing role).
Experience working remotely or in a fast-paced environment is a plus.
Rotational shifts including weekends and holidays (Amazon operates 24/7).
Flexibility to work different time zones within Brazil as required.
Training schedules will be communicated in advance and attendance is mandatory.
Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and basic troubleshooting of technical issues.
Understanding of customer service principles and best practices.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and internet-based tools.
Problem-solving mindset with the ability to remain calm under pressure.
Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and procedures.
