Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the voice of Amazon and provide outstanding customer service via phone, chat, and email.

  • Resolve product or service problems by clarifying the customers complaint, determining the cause, selecting and explaining the best solution, and following up to ensure resolution.

  • Assist customers with a wide range of inquiries, including tracking packages, product returns, account troubleshooting, and more.

  • Follow up on customer interactions and ensure prompt and efficient problem-solving.

  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions using Amazons internal systems.

  • Escalate unresolved issues to appropriate internal teams, adhering to policies and procedures.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Fluent in Portuguese (verbal and written) and proficient in English.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Strong typing and data entry skills with attention to detail.

  • High level of empathy, patience, and professionalism.

  • Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and prioritize tasks.

  • Comfortable using online tools and multitasking across systems.


Experience

  • Minimum of 6 months to 1 year of customer service experience (contact center, hospitality, retail, or any client-facing role).

  • Experience working remotely or in a fast-paced environment is a plus.


Working Hours

  • Rotational shifts including weekends and holidays (Amazon operates 24/7).

  • Flexibility to work different time zones within Brazil as required.

  • Training schedules will be communicated in advance and attendance is mandatory.

  • Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and basic troubleshooting of technical issues.
