Key Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound and outbound customer calls with professionalism and empathy.

  • Basic computer literacy and ability to quickly learn CRM systems and tools.

  • Quiet and professional home office setup with stable internet connectivity.


Experience

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in a BPO or customer service environment preferred.

  • Freshers with exceptional communication skills are also welcome to apply.


Working Hours
