Job Summary

HR Service Jobs is seeking a creative and detail-oriented Junior UX/UI Designer to join our dynamic mobile app development team. Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with product teams to understand project requirements, user needs, and business goals.

• Assist in conducting user research, usability testing, and gathering feedback to improve designs.

• Implement design best practices, standards, and guidelines for mobile platforms (iOS and Android).

• Work closely with developers to ensure design feasibility and accurate implementation.

• Stay updated with the latest UX/UI trends, tools, and technologies.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), Computer Science, or related field.

• Strong portfolio demonstrating UI/UX design skills for mobile applications.

• Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, InVision, or similar.

• Knowledge of user-centered design principles, interaction design, and visual design.

• Basic understanding of front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus.

• Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.

• Attention to detail and passion for creating visually appealing and user-friendly designs.

Experience

• 0–2 years of experience in UX/UI design, preferably in mobile app development.

• Internship or freelance projects with demonstrable impact will also be considered.

Working Hours

• Full-time: 40 hours per week

• Flexible work arrangements may be available, including remote or hybrid options depending on project requirements.
