Key Responsibilities

• Accurately input, update, and maintain data across various Disney systems and databases.

• Review and verify data for inconsistencies or errors and resolve discrepancies.

• Ensure data confidentiality and adhere to company data protection policies.

• Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to report progress and challenges.

• Support other departments with administrative tasks and basic reporting as needed.

• Meet daily and weekly productivity goals under minimal supervision.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.

• Basic computer literacy (familiarity with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, or similar platforms).

• Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy.

• Ability to type at least 35 words per minute.

• Good written and verbal communication skills.

• Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently in a remote setting.

• Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.

Experience

• No prior professional experience required.

• On-the-job training will be provided.

• Internship or volunteer experience involving data entry or administrative tasks is a plus, but not necessary.

Working Hours

• Flexible schedule available.

• Standard hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM (Local Time).

• Part-time opportunities may also be considered.

• Overtime may occasionally be offered during peak times.
