As the face (and voice) of Chewy, you will provide personalized support, resolve customer inquiries efficiently, and contribute to building long-term loyalty. Provide outstanding service and support via phone, chat, and email.
Resolve customer issues with empathy, accuracy, and efficiency.
Handle order processing, shipment tracking, product questions, returns, and general inquiries.
Actively listen to customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
Collaborate with internal departments to escalate and resolve complex cases.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Chewys products, services, policies, and systems.
Meet or exceed individual performance metrics and contribute to overall team goals.
High school diploma or GED equivalent (required).
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Excellent problem-solving ability and attention to detail.
Comfort working with multiple computer systems and navigating various platforms.
Ability to work independently and stay self-motivated in a remote setting.
A passion for helping others and a love for pets is a big plus!
1+ year of experience in customer service, preferably in a contact center environment.
Experience with remote work tools such as Zoom, Microsoft Teams, and CRM software (preferred but not required).
Prior experience in retail, e-commerce, or pet-related industries is an advantage.
Flexible full-time shifts available including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Must be able to work a consistent schedule with reliable internet connectivity.

Familiarity with online shopping processes and customer expectations.
Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a high-volume setting.
