As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional support via phone, email, and chat. Your primary responsibility will be to assist customers with their queries, resolve complaints, and ensure a smooth shopping experience. This role is ideal for individuals who excel in communication, problem-solving, and delivering top-notch customer service.
Handle inbound and outbound customer interactions via phone, chat, and email.
Address customer inquiries regarding orders, payments, refunds, product availability, and delivery timelines.
Resolve customer complaints efficiently and ensure customer satisfaction.
Guide customers on Flipkarts policies, returns, and exchange processes.
Document customer interactions and escalate complex issues to the relevant department when necessary.
Maintain professionalism and a positive attitude in all customer interactions.
Adhere to Flipkarts service quality standards and meet performance targets.
Education: Minimum 12th Pass (Higher Secondary) or equivalent. A bachelors degree is preferred.
Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi. Additional regional languages are a plus.
Problem-Solving Ability: Ability to handle customer concerns effectively and provide timely resolutions.
Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using computers, chat software, and CRM tools.
Customer-Centric Approach: Passion for providing a great customer experience with empathy and patience.
Multi-Tasking: Ability to handle multiple customer queries simultaneously.
Self-Discipline: Ability to work independently in a remote setting.

1-3 years of experience in customer service, BPO, or call centers is an added advantage.
Prior experience in e-commerce customer support is a plus.
Flexible shifts available (including day, evening, and rotational shifts).
6 days working with 1 rotational off per week.
Candidates must be open to working weekends and public holidays, as per business requirements.
Strong knowledge of Flipkarts products, services, and policies (training will be provided).
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle high call/chat volumes.
Good listening skills to understand customer concerns effectively.
Adaptability to new tools, technologies, and process changes.
Time management skills to ensure efficiency in resolving queries.
