Key Responsibilities
- Accurately input, verify, and manage large volumes of supply chain-related data.
- Maintain and update shipment records, inventory logs, and customer profiles.
- Conduct data cleansing and validation to ensure information integrity.
- Collaborate with supply chain coordinators and operations teams to resolve discrepancies.
- Generate periodic and ad-hoc reports to support decision-making processes.
- Follow strict data security and confidentiality guidelines.
- Meet daily and weekly productivity and accuracy targets.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent; a degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field is a plus.
- Proven experience in data entry or a similar administrative role.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite, particularly Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs).
- Typing speed of at least 50 WPM with a high level of accuracy.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Experience
- Minimum of 1-2 years of professional experience in data entry, logistics support, or administrative roles.
- Previous exposure to supply chain or logistics environments is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with ERP or supply chain management systems is a plus (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
Working Hours
- Full-time, remote position.
- Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM (flexibility required depending on business needs).
- Occasional overtime may be requested during peak periods.
