Job Summary

HR Service Jobs is seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition & Admin Specialist to join our team. This role is a blend of recruitment and administrative functions, where you will be responsible for sourcing top talent, managing hiring processes, and supporting HR administrative tasks. Key Responsibilities

Talent Acquisition:

  • Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
  • Source candidates through job boards, social media, referrals, and networking.
  • Conduct initial screenings and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
  • Manage applicant tracking systems and maintain candidate pipelines.
  • Facilitate onboarding processes to ensure a smooth transition for new hires.

Administrative Support:

  • Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
  • Assist with payroll processing, benefits administration, and compliance documentation.
  • Handle employee inquiries regarding HR policies, procedures, and benefits.
  • Support HR projects, including training sessions, performance reviews, and engagement initiatives.
  • Coordinate office administration tasks such as scheduling meetings, maintaining records, and handling correspondence.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in talent acquisition, recruitment, or HR administration.
  • Strong understanding of employment laws and HR best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR software.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize workload effectively.
  • Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.

Experience

  • Minimum of 2-4 years of experience in recruitment or HR-related roles.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment, preferably within a corporate or agency setting.

Working Hours

  • Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM (flexibility may be required depending on business needs).

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

  • Strong knowledge of full-cycle recruiting, sourcing techniques, and employer branding.
  • Familiarity with HR compliance and labor laws.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and HRIS systems.
