Job Summary
HR Service Jobs is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive HR Administrative Coordinator to support the Human Resources department. This role involves handling administrative tasks, maintaining employee records, assisting with recruitment processes, and ensuring smooth HR operations. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in managing day-to-day HR administrative tasks, including document processing, filing, and record-keeping.
- Maintain accurate employee records in compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
- Support recruitment efforts, including scheduling interviews, communicating with candidates, and coordinating onboarding processes.
- Assist with payroll processing by gathering employee attendance and leave data.
- Coordinate employee training programs and maintain training records.
- Help implement HR policies and procedures and ensure compliance with labor laws.
- Address employee inquiries regarding HR policies, benefits, and procedures.
- Assist in planning company events and employee engagement activities.
- Prepare reports and presentations related to HR metrics and initiatives.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in an administrative role, preferably in HR.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and HR software.
- Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
Experience
- 1-3 years of experience in HR administration or a related field.
- Familiarity with HR practices, employment laws, and compliance regulations.
Working Hours
- Full-time position, typically Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM.
- Occasional flexibility may be required based on business needs.
