Job Summary:

We are currently seeking dedicated and hardworking individuals to join our team as Truck Loaders & Unloaders. As a part of HR Service Jobs, you will be working in a fast-paced environment with a primary responsibility of efficiently loading and unloading goods from trucks. Key Responsibilities:

  • Safely load and unload goods and materials from trucks, using manual labor and/or machinery.
  • Ensure all products are handled and stored properly to prevent damage.
  • Sort, label, and organize products as per instructions.
  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment by following health and safety regulations.
  • Assist in the preparation of shipments by loading goods into appropriate containers.
  • Operate forklifts and other heavy equipment (where applicable and trained) to move large goods.
  • Work collaboratively with the team and follow instructions from supervisors and managers.
  • Maintain accurate records of inventory and any discrepancies during loading/unloading.
  • Perform any other duties related to warehouse operations as required.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs or more) consistently throughout the workday.
  • Knowledge of proper lifting techniques and safety protocols.
  • Prior experience in loading and unloading trucks is an advantage but not mandatory.
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow instructions accurately.
  • Good physical stamina and the ability to work on your feet for extended periods.
  • Ability to work in a team-oriented environment while also being self-motivated.
  • Valid work permit for Canada (LMIA-approved).
  • Basic understanding of warehouse and logistics processes.
  • Ability to operate forklifts and other machinery (preferred but not required).

Experience:

  • Previous experience in warehouse operations, logistics, or manual labor roles is an asset.
  • No prior experience required for candidates who are willing to undergo training.
  • Familiarity with safety practices in manual labor and warehouse environments is beneficial.

Working Hours:

  • Full-time position (40 hours/week).
  • Flexible shifts available depending on business needs.
  • Evening, night, and weekend shifts may be required.
  • Overtime availability depending on workload.
