Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors, shipping partners, and internal teams.

• Assist in the preparation of reports on logistics performance and cost analysis.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in logistics, supply chain management, business administration, or related field.
• Proven experience in logistics coordination or a similar role.
• Knowledge of logistics software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong understanding of shipping procedures, international regulations, and customs documentation.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.
• Ability to solve problems quickly and efficiently in a high-pressure environment.
• A detail-oriented approach and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

Experience:

• Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in logistics or supply chain management.
• Experience working with international shipping and customs regulations is preferred.
• Experience in using logistics management software or systems.

Working Hours:

• Full-time position with a standard workweek of 40 hours.
• Flexibility in work hours may be required based on shipping schedules and global time zone coordination.
