Houston Skilled Consultancy is hiring skilled and unskilled construction workers for full-time and part-time roles. Key Responsibilities

• Perform general construction tasks, including site preparation, material handling, and assisting skilled tradespeople.
• Operate hand and power tools to complete assigned tasks safely and efficiently.
• Follow safety guidelines and ensure compliance with all construction site regulations.
• Assist in assembling and dismantling temporary structures, scaffolding, and other building components.
• Load and unload materials and equipment as needed.
• Maintain a clean and organized job site.
• Work closely with the project manager, site supervisor, and team members to meet project deadlines.
• Perform physical labor, such as digging, lifting, and moving heavy objects.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• No prior experience required for general labor positions; training will be provided.
• Experience in construction, carpentry, plumbing, electrical work, or masonry is a plus.
• Ability to lift heavy materials and perform physically demanding tasks.
• Knowledge of construction tools and equipment.
• Understanding of safety regulations and willingness to follow site rules.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.

Experience

• Entry-level candidates are welcome; on-the-job training will be provided.
• Candidates with prior experience in construction will be given preference for specialized roles.
• Experience with heavy machinery, power tools, or blueprint reading is an added advantage.

Working Hours

• Full-time positions: 40+ hours per week, Monday to Saturday.
• Part-time positions: Flexible scheduling available.
• Overtime opportunities may be available based on project needs.
• Morning and evening shifts may be required depending on the project timeline.
