Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and update curriculum and instructional materials for various subjects and education levels.
• Create engaging lesson plans, activities, assessments, and multimedia learning resources.
• Work closely with subject matter experts to ensure the accuracy and relevance of content.
• Develop course outlines, learning objectives, and assessments that align with the needs of the target audience.
• Ensure that all educational materials adhere to the companys standards and best practices in instructional design.
• Review and revise existing curriculum based on feedback and educational trends.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Education, Instructional Design, or a related field (Masters degree preferred).
• Proven experience in curriculum development, instructional design, or a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of instructional design models and educational best practices.
• Proficiency with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and other e-learning tools (e.g., Articulate, Captivate, etc.).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team.
• Experience working with diverse age groups and learning needs is a plus.

Experience

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in curriculum development, instructional design, or educational content creation.
• Experience designing curriculum for various formats (online, blended learning, classroom-based).
• Familiarity with modern educational tools and technology platforms.
• Previous experience in a remote work environment is an advantage.

Working Hours

• This is a full-time remote position, offering flexible working hours.
• Must be available for meetings during core business hours (9:00 AM - 5:00 PM, Monday to Friday).
