Job Summary:

We are seeking a talented and creative Virtual UX/UI Designer to join our team remotely. As a UX/UI Designer, you will be responsible for crafting intuitive and visually engaging digital experiences for our range of products. Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement user-friendly and visually compelling interfaces for web and mobile applications.
• Work alongside product managers and developers to define the user experience and user interface for new features.
• Conduct user research, usability testing, and gather feedback to continuously improve the design process.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups that effectively communicate design ideas and concepts.
• Maintain design consistency across all products and platforms by adhering to brand guidelines and design systems.
• Ensure the final design is optimized for different devices and screen sizes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to iterate and refine the design based on user feedback and technical constraints.
• Stay up to date with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies to continually push the boundaries of user experience.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a UX/UI Designer, preferably with experience in designing digital products.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe XD, Figma, Sketch, or similar design software.
• Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies.
• Ability to create interactive prototypes and wireframes.
• Knowledge of responsive design techniques and mobile-first design principles.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a remote, collaborative environment.
• A strong portfolio showcasing your UX/UI design work, including case studies and user-centric design solutions.

Experience:

• A minimum of 3 years of experience as a UX/UI Designer or similar role.
• Proven track record of designing user interfaces for digital products (web, mobile apps, etc.).
• Experience with conducting user research, usability testing, and iterating on design based on user feedback.
• Previous remote work experience is a plus but not mandatory.

Working Hours:

• Full-time, remote role with flexible working hours.
• Availability to attend virtual team meetings as required.
