Job Summary:

Progressive Technology is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Remote Social Media Manager to join our team. As the Social Media Manager, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing online content to increase brand awareness, engagement, and website traffic.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective social media strategies across platforms including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, and others.
  • Create and curate engaging, high-quality content to drive brand awareness, engagement, and conversions.
  • Perform keyword research and apply SEO best practices to all content for organic search optimization.
  • Manage the companys social media calendar to ensure timely and consistent posting.
  • Monitor social media trends, industry news, and competitor activity to stay ahead of changes in the digital landscape.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and design teams to create compelling social media campaigns.
  • Analyze social media metrics and insights to measure the performance of content and adjust strategies accordingly.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role, with a focus on both SEO and SMM.
  • Strong understanding of SEO strategies, including keyword research, on-page optimization, and backlinking.
  • Expertise in social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.) and their advertising tools.
  • Knowledge of social media analytics tools (Google Analytics, Hootsuite, Sprout Social, etc.).
  • Excellent communication, writing, and editing skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience with social media ad campaigns and paid media strategies.

Experience:
