Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement effective social media strategies across platforms including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, and others.
• Create and curate engaging, high-quality content to drive brand awareness, engagement, and conversions.
• Perform keyword research and apply SEO best practices to all content for organic search optimization.
• Manage the companys social media calendar to ensure timely and consistent posting.
• Monitor social media trends, industry news, and competitor activity to stay ahead of changes in the digital landscape.
• Collaborate with the marketing and design teams to create compelling social media campaigns.
• Analyze social media metrics and insights to measure the performance of content and adjust strategies accordingly.
• Respond to comments, messages, and engage with followers to build a community and improve customer relations.
• Report on the performance of social media campaigns, providing actionable insights and suggestions for improvement.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role, with a focus on both SEO and SMM.
• Strong understanding of SEO strategies, including keyword research, on-page optimization, and backlinking.
• Expertise in social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.) and their advertising tools.
• Knowledge of social media analytics tools (Google Analytics, Hootsuite, Sprout Social, etc.).
• Excellent communication, writing, and editing skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with social media ad campaigns and paid media strategies.
• Proficiency in content creation tools (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, etc.) is a plus.

Experience:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in social media management or a similar role.
• Experience with SEO tools such as Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs, or Moz.
• Proven track record of growing and managing successful social media campaigns.
• Experience with website content management and CMS platforms is an asset.
