Key Responsibilities

  • Client Acquisition: Actively prospect, identify, and acquire new corporate clients through cold calling, email outreach, networking, and other sales strategies.
  • Sales Strategy: Develop and execute effective sales strategies to attract new clients and achieve sales targets.
  • Market Research: Conduct market research to identify potential clients, industry trends, and competitor strategies.
  • Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders in client organizations.
  • Lead Generation: Generate and qualify leads through various marketing campaigns and initiatives.
  • Negotiation and Closing: Lead negotiations, prepare proposals, and close sales by effectively communicating the value proposition to clients.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and product teams to ensure alignment of sales strategies with marketing initiatives.
  • Reporting and Forecasting: Track sales performance, prepare reports, and forecast sales projections.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience (2-4 years) in corporate sales, client acquisition, or business development.
  • Strong understanding of sales and marketing principles, strategies, and techniques.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Exceptional networking skills and the ability to build relationships with clients.

Experience

  • Minimum of 2-4 years of experience in corporate sales, client acquisition, or business development within a similar industry.
  • Previous experience in B2B sales or working with corporate clients is highly preferred.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.

Working Hours

  • Full-time position (Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM � 6:00 PM).
  • Flexible working hours with occasional evening or weekend meetings depending on client needs.
