Job Summary:
HR Service Jobs is seeking an enthusiastic and results-driven Regional Sales and Marketing Executive to join our dynamic team. Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies for B2B solutions across the designated region.
- Cultivate and maintain relationships with existing clients, and identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
- Generate new business leads through networking, cold calling, and other prospecting techniques.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling content and campaigns aimed at attracting potential clients.
- Negotiate contracts, close sales, and ensure the delivery of services according to client specifications.
- Regularly track and report sales performance and marketing campaign results to senior management.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to recommend new product offerings or improvements.
- Attend industry events, conferences, and trade shows to expand the companys reach and network with potential clients.
- Provide training and support to junior sales team members when necessary.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in B2B sales and marketing, preferably within a solution-oriented industry.
- Strong understanding of regional market dynamics and the competitive landscape.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong proficiency in CRM software and sales tracking tools.
- Knowledge of digital marketing strategies and tactics is a plus.
- Ability to think strategically and implement creative solutions to meet client needs.
Experience:
- Minimum of 3�5 years of experience in sales and marketing within a B2B environment.
- Prior experience in the sales of technical or complex solutions is highly desirable.
- Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs.
Working Hours:
- Full-time, Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM. Flexibility for occasional after-hours work, including client meetings and events.
