Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement performance marketing strategies across digital platforms, including Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, and other programmatic advertising channels.
  • Plan, execute, and optimize digital advertising campaigns to drive customer acquisition, engagement, and sales.
  • Perform A/B testing and analyze key performance metrics to continuously refine and improve campaign performance.
  • Manage budgets effectively to achieve the desired return on investment (ROI) for each campaign.
  • Conduct in-depth market research to identify target audiences, track trends, and stay ahead of industry innovations.
  • Collaborate with the design, content, and analytics teams to create compelling ad creatives and optimize landing pages.
  • Analyze campaign performance using analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, and other tracking platforms to identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Provide regular reports on campaign performance, including insights and recommendations for future strategies.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in digital marketing, specifically with performance marketing or paid media campaigns.
  • Proficiency in Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and other digital advertising platforms.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with performance tracking tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, or similar.
  • Excellent knowledge of ROI-focused marketing techniques and A/B testing.
  • Familiarity with conversion rate optimization (CRO) strategies and tools.
  • Ability to interpret and present data-driven insights to stakeholders.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset and the ability to work independently.
  • Experience working in a remote setting and managing projects independently.

Experience

  • At least 3 years of experience managing digital marketing campaigns with a proven track record of driving measurable results in customer acquisition and conversion.
  • Experience managing large-scale budgets and achieving ROI targets.
