Job Summary:
Progressive Technology is seeking an experienced and results-driven PPC Specialist to join our growing digital marketing team. As a PPC Specialist, you will be responsible for managing paid search campaigns across Google Ads, Bing, and other platforms. You will use your expertise to drive targeted traffic, optimize campaigns, and generate measurable results for our clients. This is a fully remote position, ideal for a digital marketing professional with a passion for PPC and performance-driven advertising.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement paid search strategies across multiple platforms, including Google Ads, Bing Ads, and social media.
- Manage and optimize PPC campaigns to maximize ROI, ensuring that budget allocations are used effectively.
- Conduct keyword research and develop compelling ad copy to improve campaign performance.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics (click-through rate, conversion rate, cost per click, etc.), making data-driven adjustments to improve results.
- Work with cross-functional teams to align PPC campaigns with business goals and marketing strategies.
- Perform A/B testing to optimize ad creatives, landing pages, and targeting strategies.
- Provide regular reports and insights on PPC campaign performance to clients and internal teams.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in paid search advertising.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience managing PPC campaigns in a professional setting.
- Proficiency in Google Ads, Bing Ads, and other PPC platforms.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data to drive actionable insights.
- Experience with keyword research, ad copywriting, and campaign optimization.
- Familiarity with Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and other digital marketing tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work with clients and team members.
- Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Experience:
- At least 2 years of hands-on experience in managing PPC campaigns for clients or within an agency setting.
- Proven track record of driving successful PPC campaigns with measurable results, including ROI improvement, lead generation, and increased conversions.
- Experience in analyzing data and making data-driven decisions to optimize campaigns.
Working Hours:
- This is a remote position with flexible working hours, allowing you to work from anywhere.
- Full-time, with a commitment of 40 hours per week.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Expertise in search engine marketing (SEM) and paid search strategies.
- Strong understanding of keyword research and campaign management tools.
- Ability to manage large PPC budgets and optimize for performance.
