Job Summary

Progressive Technology is seeking a dynamic and experienced Social Media Manager to join our team remotely in India. As a Social Media Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our online presence across various platforms, driving brand awareness, engagement, and customer interaction. You will work closely with the marketing team to develop and execute innovative strategies that align with the companys objectives while fostering positive relationships with our digital community.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and Implement Strategies: Create and execute social media strategies across all relevant platforms to build brand visibility, engagement, and online community.
• Content Creation and Curation: Design, develop, and schedule engaging content (posts, videos, images) for social media platforms, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines.
• Community Engagement: Monitor social media channels, respond to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely and engaging manner to maintain positive customer relationships.
• Analytics and Reporting: Track social media metrics and analytics to measure campaign performance, making data-driven decisions for continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with Teams: Work with content creators, graphic designers, and marketing teams to ensure all social media campaigns are cohesive and impactful.
• Trend Monitoring: Stay updated with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices, and recommend changes to improve social media strategies.
• Paid Campaign Management: Plan, create, and optimize paid social media campaigns, including Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and others.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Proven experience in social media management with a strong portfolio of successful campaigns.
• Expertise in social media platforms including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and emerging platforms.
• Proficiency in social media management and analytics tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social, Google Analytics).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with an eye for creative content creation.
• Knowledge of SEO and how it relates to social media efforts.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Experience

• 2-4 years of experience in social media management or digital marketing roles.
• Experience with content management systems and creating content for social media channels.
• Experience in managing paid social media campaigns and understanding of paid media strategies.

Working Hours

• This is a full-time remote position based in India.
• Flexible working hours with the expectation of availability during business hours (9:00 AM - 6:00 PM IST) for team collaboration and meetings.
• Occasional need to work outside of regular hours for urgent tasks or campaign launches.
