Progressive Technology is seeking a dynamic and experienced Social Media Manager to join our team remotely in India. Key Responsibilities

  • Content Creation and Curation: Design, develop, and schedule engaging content (posts, videos, images) for social media platforms, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines.
  • Community Engagement: Monitor social media channels, respond to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely and engaging manner to maintain positive customer relationships.
  • Analytics and Reporting: Track social media metrics and analytics to measure campaign performance, making data-driven decisions for continuous improvement.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Proven experience in social media management with a strong portfolio of successful campaigns.
  • Expertise in social media platforms including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and emerging platforms.
  • Proficiency in social media management and analytics tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social, Google Analytics).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with an eye for creative content creation.
  • Knowledge of SEO and how it relates to social media efforts.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Experience

  • 2-4 years of experience in social media management or digital marketing roles.

Working Hours
