Job Summary:

Houston Skilled Consultancy is looking for dedicated and reliable individuals to join our team as drivers. As a driver, you will be responsible for transporting goods or passengers to various locations, ensuring the safety and comfort of passengers, and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Safely operate a vehicle to transport goods, packages, or passengers to designated locations.
• Ensure the vehicle is in good working condition and report any maintenance issues.
• Follow all traffic laws and safety regulations.
• Assist passengers with loading and unloading luggage or packages, if applicable.
• Maintain accurate records of daily trips, mileage, fuel consumption, and any incidents.
• Ensure timely delivery and pick-up of items or passengers.
• Provide excellent customer service and address any inquiries or concerns in a professional manner.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures.
• Complete any additional tasks assigned by the supervisor.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• A valid drivers license and clean driving record.
• Good communication skills and the ability to interact with customers and colleagues.
• Basic knowledge of vehicle maintenance.
• Ability to follow directions and use GPS or map systems for efficient route planning.
• Dependable, responsible, and punctual.
• Ability to handle stress and pressure during peak hours.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team.

Experience:

• No prior driving experience is required.
• Previous experience in customer service or other entry-level jobs is a plus.
• We provide on-the-job training for all new hires to ensure you are fully prepared.

Working Hours:

• Full-time and part-time positions are available.
• Flexible schedules with the possibility of evening and weekend shifts.
• Overtime opportunities may be available, depending on workload and customer needs.
• Expected to work 40 hours per week for full-time positions.
