Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements, providing technological solutions to meet company goals.
• Assist in the design, development, testing, and implementation of software applications and system integrations.
• Identify and troubleshoot technical issues, providing efficient and effective resolutions to ensure system reliability.
• Participate in Agile development processes, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
• Develop and maintain documentation for processes, systems, and applications.
• Support the transition to new technologies or platforms, such as assisting in cloud migration efforts.
• Learn and apply knowledge of industry standards and emerging technologies to contribute to innovative solutions.
• Maintain system security and data integrity, following company policies and best practices.
• Provide support to business users, addressing technical inquiries and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

Education

• Required: High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
• Preferred: Bachelor degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related technical field.

Experience

• Required: No professional experience is necessary, but internships or academic projects related to technology development are a plus.
• Preferred: Familiarity with software development, database management, or cloud technologies through coursework, certifications, or hands-on projects.

Skills & Abilities

• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and approach challenges creatively.
• Basic understanding of programming languages (e.g., Python, Java, or JavaScript) and database concepts (e.g., SQL).
• Interest in learning new technologies, tools, and processes.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills to collaborate effectively across teams.
• Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks in a remote work environment.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies is a plus.
