Nuuly is seeking a Customer Success Associate to join our team remotely. This role is part-time and focuses on weekend evening shifts (Friday–Sunday, 2 PM–10 PM EST). You will represent Nuuly, providing top-notch support via telephone, email, and chat, helping to grow our brand and delight customers.

Key Responsibilities:

As a Nuuly Customer Success Associate, you will:

• Deliver exceptional service via telephone, email, and chat, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience for every customer.
• Guide customers through the shopping experience, answer questions about orders, and resolve concerns in a friendly and relatable manner.
• Meet or exceed daily interaction targets, handling a minimum of 70 interactions per shift.
• Use creative problem-solving to address customer needs while aligning with business objectives.
• Act as an empowered decision-maker to enhance customer relationships with the brand.
• Collaborate with internal and external teams by collecting and sharing valuable customer feedback.
• Adapt to changing business needs, with flexibility to adjust hours if required.
• Support team members and take on additional projects to drive success for the business.

Qualifications:

We are looking for candidates who meet the following criteria:

• Experience: Minimum of 2 years in customer service or a related role.
• Technical Requirements: Must have access to a stable and reliable internet connection.
• Communication Skills: Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.
• Problem-Solving: Strong creative problem-solving skills that balance customer satisfaction with business needs.
• Adaptability: Willingness to take on additional projects and assist team members when necessary.
• Availability: Able to work the designated weekend evening shift (Friday-Sunday, 2 PM–10 PM EST).
