Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Program Manager for Same Day Programs and Operation Integration (SSD) to join our dynamic team in New York City. This role will focus on overseeing the seamless integration and operation of same-day programs, ensuring the timely delivery of services to our clients while maintaining operational efficiency. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing cross-functional teams, ensuring program success, and optimizing processes to achieve excellence in performance and service delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage Same Day Programs and Operation Integration (SSD) to ensure the successful and timely execution of all service offerings.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including operations, logistics, customer service, and IT, to ensure alignment of program goals and operational objectives.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency, reduce delays, and enhance customer satisfaction for Same Day Programs.
• Manage and monitor program performance, ensuring that all key performance indicators (KPIs) are met or exceeded.
• Oversee the integration of new processes and technologies within the Same Day Programs to streamline operations and enhance service delivery.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and internal teams, to ensure smooth program execution.
• Create and deliver regular program updates and reports to senior management, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
• Lead problem-solving efforts for any issues that arise within the programs and proactively identify potential risks or challenges.
• Manage the budget and resources associated with the program, ensuring efficient use of resources and cost control.
• Foster a collaborative and high-performing work environment by mentoring and leading a team of program coordinators and operational staff.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field (Masters degree preferred).
• Proven experience (5+ years) in program management, operations integration, or similar roles, preferably within a fast-paced or service-oriented industry.
• Strong understanding of program management methodologies and best practices.
• Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail and meeting deadlines.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present complex information to senior management.
• Proficiency in project management software and tools (e.g., MS Project, Asana, or similar platforms).
• Strong leadership skills with a demonstrated ability to motivate and manage teams.
• Knowledge of operational processes, logistics, and same-day service delivery models is highly desirable.

Experience

• At least 5 years of experience in program management or operations, including a demonstrated track record of leading cross-functional teams to deliver results.
• Experience managing Same Day Programs, Service Integration, or related operational fields is preferred.
• Proven ability to lead large-scale projects with a focus on service delivery and operational excellence.
• Experience with budget management, resource allocation, and process optimization in a complex operational environment.

Working Hours

• Full-time position with a standard working schedule of 40 hours per week.
• Some flexibility in hours may be required, particularly during program implementation or when troubleshooting operational issues.
• Occasional on-call hours for critical issues or emergencies may be necessary.
