Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with product managers, developers, and other team members to understand project goals and user needs.
• Design wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI/UX designs for web and mobile applications.
• Conduct user research and testing to gather insights and validate design decisions.
• Create and maintain design systems to ensure consistency across all platforms.
• Ensure that design solutions meet both business requirements and user needs.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies.
• Provide constructive feedback and guidance to junior designers and cross-functional teams.
• Communicate design concepts effectively through presentations and visual storytelling.
• Contribute to the overall branding and visual identity of the company and its products.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Proficient in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, and InVision.
• Strong portfolio showcasing a range of UI/UX design projects.
• Experience in designing for both web and mobile platforms.
• Knowledge of interaction design principles and best practices.
• Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus.
• Ability to conduct user research, interviews, and usability testing.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically about design solutions.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Attention to detail and a passion for creating user-centered designs.

Experience:

• A minimum of 3 years of professional experience as a UI/UX Designer or Consultant.
• Proven track record of successfully delivering design projects from concept to final implementation.
• Experience working in Agile development environments is preferred.

Working Hours:

• Full-time position with flexible working hours.
