Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor daily field operations and ensure compliance with operational procedures, safety regulations, and company policies.
• Collaborate with field teams to address any operational challenges and provide on-the-ground support.
• Conduct regular inspections to ensure the quality of work and adherence to project timelines.
• Assist in troubleshooting operational issues and providing timely solutions.
• Maintain clear and accurate records of field operations and report any discrepancies to senior management.
• Provide regular feedback and updates to the operations team to optimize performance and operational efficiency.
• Ensure that all field personnel are properly trained and equipped to handle their tasks safely and effectively.
• Coordinate with different departments to ensure smooth transitions between operational phases.
• Assist in managing logistics, materials, and other resources to facilitate field activities.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent (Associates or Bachelors degree preferred).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in basic computer programs, including MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment while maintaining a high level of professionalism.
• Valid drivers license and the ability to travel to different field locations as required.
• A proactive approach to monitoring, ensuring safety, and providing timely feedback.

Experience:

• Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in field operations, monitoring, or a related role in a dynamic environment.
• Experience in logistics, construction, or another field-based role is a plus.
• Prior experience in team coordination or supervision is desirable.

Working Hours:

• Full-time position.
• Flexible working hours, including the potential for weekend and evening shifts depending on operational needs.
• Ability to travel to various job sites within New York City as required.
