We are looking for a dedicated and proactive Field Operations Monitor to join our team in New York City. As a Field Operations Monitor, you will play a key role in optimizing field operations and ensuring adherence to company standards and regulations.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and track the daily operations of field teams to ensure compliance with operational guidelines and safety protocols.
• Conduct regular inspections of field operations and report any issues, discrepancies, or areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with field teams to identify bottlenecks and develop strategies for improving efficiency.
• Provide real-time support to field teams by resolving issues and addressing any operational concerns.
• Maintain accurate records of field activity, including operational performance, resource allocation, and maintenance schedules.
• Work closely with management to report on performance metrics and recommend process improvements.
• Ensure that all field activities meet regulatory and company standards.
• Coordinate the dispatching of equipment and personnel to appropriate field locations as needed.
• Assist in training new field personnel and provide guidance on best practices for field operations.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in business administration, operations management, or a related field.
• Proven experience in field operations, logistics, or similar roles.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Proficient in using field management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Valid drivers license and reliable transportation.
• Knowledge of safety regulations and compliance standards.

Experience

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in field operations, logistics coordination, or a similar role.
• Experience with managing field teams and ensuring operational efficiency.
• Prior experience in a monitoring or supervisory role is highly preferred.

Working Hours

• Full-time position (40 hours per week).
• Flexible working hours, with some evening and weekend availability required depending on the operational needs.
• Occasional travel to field sites may be required.
