Job Summary

HR Service Jobs is seeking a dedicated and skilled Lab Technician to join our team immediately. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct laboratory tests, experiments, and analyses with precision and accuracy.
• Handle and maintain laboratory equipment, ensuring calibration and proper functioning.
• Prepare specimens for examination according to standard operating procedures.
• Document all procedures and results systematically in the laboratory management system.
• Monitor and ensure compliance with safety protocols, laboratory guidelines, and health standards.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to deliver accurate diagnostic results.
• Manage inventory of lab supplies and place orders when necessary.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to equipment or processes.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelors degree in Medical Laboratory Technology or a related field.
• Certification from a recognized accrediting body is preferred (e.g., ASCP, AMT).
• Proficiency in operating laboratory instruments and interpreting test results.
• Knowledge of quality control procedures and laboratory safety protocols.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.

Experience

• Minimum 1-2 years of hands-on experience in a laboratory setting is required.
• Fresh graduates with a strong academic background and internship experience are encouraged to apply.

Working Hours

• Full-time position: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM � 5:30 PM.
• Occasional weekend or evening shifts may be required based on workload.

• Familiarity with medical terminology and laboratory information systems (LIS).
