Job Summary

Flipkart is looking for motivated and energetic individuals to join our team as Telesales Callers. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound calls to existing and potential customers to promote Flipkarts products and services.
• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products to meet their requirements.
• Maintain a professional and courteous tone while communicating with customers.
• Achieve and exceed daily and weekly sales targets.
• Accurately record customer interactions and maintain detailed call logs in the CRM system.
• Address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly to ensure a positive customer experience.
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to improve sales strategies and processes.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Strong verbal communication skills in English and regional languages (if applicable).
• Ability to engage customers effectively and build rapport over the phone.
• Basic knowledge of sales principles and customer service practices.
• Proficiency in using computers and CRM software.
• High level of motivation and a target-driven mindset.
• Good listening and problem-solving skills.

Experience

• Previous experience in telesales or customer service is preferred but not mandatory.
• Freshers with excellent communication skills are welcome to apply.

Working Hours
