Required Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
• 8+ years of experience in product design, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, and prototyping tools.
• Strong portfolio showcasing exceptional UI/UX design skills across multiple platforms.
• Expertise in user research methodologies, usability testing, and data-driven design.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to articulate design decisions clearly.
• Experience with agile development processes and collaboration tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence).
• Proven track record of leading and inspiring design teams to deliver high-quality work.

Experience

• 8+ years of professional experience in UI/UX design, with at least 3 years in a director or leadership role.
• Experience working on large-scale digital products or platforms across multiple industries.
