Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

Required Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in account management, preferably in ecommerce or a related sector.
- Strong understanding of Amazons Seller Central and Vendor Central platforms.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make informed recommendations.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and tools like Excel, PowerPoint, and analytics software.
Experience
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in ecommerce, account management, or digital marketing.
- Demonstrated success in managing client relationships and achieving business objectives.
Working Hours
- Full-time position with flexible working hours to accommodate client needs.
- May require occasional availability during evenings or weekends for urgent client support.
