Responsibilities:As a Remote Sales & Customer Service Representative, your key duties will include:

  • Customer Engagement: Answer customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, providing timely, accurate, and friendly assistance.
  • Sales Support: Assist in generating leads, explaining products and services, and converting potential customers into loyal clients through clear communication and empathy.
  • Product Knowledge: Stay informed about the company products and services to effectively address customer needs and provide solutions.
  • Problem Resolution: Resolve customer issues and concerns professionally, aiming for first-call resolution while maintaining customer satisfaction.
  • Data Entry & Reporting: Maintain accurate customer records, document inquiries, sales interactions, and feedback using company CRM tools.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with team members and supervisors to achieve sales targets, enhance customer satisfaction, and streamline processes.
  • Continuous Improvement: Participate in training and development opportunities to improve your skills and knowledge in sales and customer service.

Required Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor degree is a plus).
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to handle difficult situations.
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote setting, managing time and tasks effectively.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Enthusiasm for helping customers and a passion for delivering exceptional service.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Prior experience in customer service, sales, or retail (preferred but not required).
  • Experience working remotely or in a virtual environment.
  • Familiarity with social media and other communication channels.

Job Type:
