Job Summary

We are seeking a creative and talented Graphic Designer to join our team remotely. As a Graphic Designer, you will be responsible for creating visually engaging designs that align with the companys brand identity. You will work closely with the marketing and content teams to produce high-quality designs for digital platforms, marketing materials, and various projects. Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with marketing and content teams to understand project requirements and design objectives.
• Design graphics, layouts, and visual content for digital media, including websites, social media, email campaigns, and more.
• Create visually compelling designs for print materials such as brochures, flyers, and posters.
• Ensure all designs are on-brand, consistent, and meet the required specifications.
• Manage multiple design projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining quality.
• Stay up-to-date with design trends, software updates, and industry best practices.
• Provide design support for internal teams, including presentations, infographics, and reports.
• Assist in the development of creative concepts and brainstorm design solutions.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Graphic Designer or in a related field.
• Strong portfolio showcasing a variety of design projects and styles.
• Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Excellent understanding of typography, color theory, and design principles.
• Ability to think creatively and outside the box.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
• Good communication skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Experience with web design and user interface (UI) design is a plus.
• A degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field is preferred but not required.

Experience

• At least 2 years of experience as a Graphic Designer, preferably with a focus on digital media.
• Experience working remotely or in a flexible work environment is a plus.
• A strong portfolio demonstrating creative problem-solving skills and the ability to execute designs that meet business goals.

Working Hours

• This is a full-time, remote position.
• Flexible working hours, with core hours of availability from 9 AM to 6 PM (Monday to Friday).
• Occasional overtime may be required during peak project times.
