Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Computer Operator to join our dynamic team at HR Service Jobs. This role involves performing key operational tasks in billing and banking processes, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and smooth workflow. Key Responsibilities
- Operate computer systems and software to handle billing, banking, and other financial transactions.
- Process invoices, receipts, and payment requests with accuracy and efficiency.
- Ensure data entry and database management are completed in a timely and error-free manner.
- Maintain up-to-date records of transactions in the internal systems.
- Conduct routine audits to ensure compliance with organizational policies and procedures.
- Resolve customer inquiries and issues related to billing and banking transactions.
- Collaborate with team members to streamline processes and improve operational efficiency.
- Generate daily, weekly, and monthly reports as required by management.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and Word.
- Familiarity with billing software and banking systems.
- Strong typing skills and data entry accuracy.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
- Basic knowledge of accounting and financial principles is an advantage.
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
Experience
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience as a computer operator or in a similar administrative role.
- Freshers with exceptional computer skills and a willingness to learn are also encouraged to apply.
Working Hours
- Full-Time: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM.
- Part-Time or Flexible Schedules may be available depending on business needs.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Capable of managing multiple tasks and meeting tight deadlines.
- Knowledge of billing and banking terminology is preferred.
- Quick learner with the ability to adapt to new tools and systems.
