Job Summary
HR Service Jobs is seeking dedicated and detail-oriented individuals to join our team as Back Office & Data Typing Specialists. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy working behind the scenes to ensure operational efficiency. The position involves handling data entry tasks, maintaining records, and supporting administrative functions with accuracy and timeliness.
Key Responsibilities
- Enter, verify, and update data in the companys database and systems.
- Organize and maintain files, documents, and records with confidentiality.
- Prepare reports and assist in generating periodic summaries for management.
- Communicate and coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth workflow.
- Review and correct errors in data to ensure accuracy.
- Support administrative tasks, including document preparation and correspondence.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Proficient in typing with a high level of accuracy (minimum 40-50 WPM).
- Familiarity with MS Office tools, especially Word and Excel.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
- Ability to manage time effectively and meet deadlines.
- Good communication skills for internal collaboration.
- Basic knowledge of data management and handling.
Experience
- 0–2 years of experience in data entry or back office operations.
