Required Skills:

• Certified Personal Trainer with a recognized accreditation (e.g., NASM, ACE, ACSM).
• Strong knowledge of exercise physiology, nutrition, and wellness principles.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Motivational and inspirational coaching abilities.
• Ability to adapt training techniques to suit clients of various fitness levels and backgrounds.
• CPR and First Aid certification preferred.
• Previous experience in personal training or group fitness instruction is a plus.
