Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain interactive Tableau dashboards and reports for various business functions.
• Analyze large datasets, identify trends, and provide data-driven recommendations for business improvement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather data requirements and deliver reporting solutions that meet business needs.
• Design and implement data visualization strategies to improve data accessibility and decision-making.
• Ensure data integrity and accuracy through proper validation and testing of reports.
• Troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to data quality or dashboard performance.
• Stay up-to-date with Tableau updates, best practices, and emerging data analytics technologies.
• Provide training and support to team members on Tableau functionality and reporting tools.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Data Analyst, with a focus on Tableau for at least 2-3 years.
• Proficiency in Tableau Desktop, Tableau Server, and Tableau Prep.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to work with large datasets.
• Experience in SQL for data extraction, manipulation, and analysis.
• Knowledge of data warehousing concepts and best practices.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.

Experience

• At least 2-3 years of experience in a data analysis or business intelligence role, with a strong focus on Tableau.
• Experience with data visualization tools, preferably Tableau, is essential.
• Experience with database management, SQL queries, and data cleansing.
• Familiarity with Excel, Python, or R is a plus.

Working Hours

• Full-time position with standard working hours (9:00 AM – 6:00 PM, Monday to Friday).
• Flexibility to work remotely or in-office depending on project needs.
