Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and professional Female Office Assistant cum Receptionist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will act as the first point of contact for visitors and clients, while efficiently managing administrative tasks to support office operations. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, friendly, and possess exceptional communication skills.


Key Responsibilities

  • Greet visitors and clients with a warm and professional demeanor.
  • Answer phone calls, respond to inquiries, and redirect calls as necessary.
  • Schedule appointments and maintain calendars for the office team.
  • Perform general administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and handling correspondence.
  • Maintain office supplies inventory and order replacements as needed.
  • Ensure the reception area is tidy, organized, and welcoming at all times.
  • Assist in arranging meetings, preparing meeting rooms, and setting up equipment.
  • Coordinate with other departments to support ongoing projects and tasks.
  • Handle courier services, incoming and outgoing mail, and package deliveries.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree or equivalent in any field (preferred).
  • Proven experience in a similar role is a plus.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and email handling.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Friendly and professional attitude with strong interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Experience

  • 1-3 years of experience in office administration or reception roles (preferred but not mandatory).
  • Freshers with a positive attitude and eagerness to learn are also encouraged to apply.

Working Hours

  • Full-Time: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
  • Occasional weekend availability may be required, based on workload.
