Job Summary
HR Service Jobs is seeking a dedicated and organized Human Resources Administrative Assistant to join our team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in supporting the HR department with administrative tasks and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. You will act as a point of contact for employees and external partners, maintain HR records, and assist in implementing HR policies and procedures. Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to the HR department, including maintaining employee records and managing correspondence.
- Assist with recruitment processes such as posting job advertisements, scheduling interviews, and onboarding new employees.
- Maintain up-to-date HR documentation, including contracts, policies, and compliance records.
- Coordinate and track employee training programs and performance evaluations.
- Address employee inquiries regarding HR policies, procedures, and benefits.
- Prepare HR-related reports, presentations, and documentation as required.
- Manage calendars, arrange meetings, and ensure timely communication within the HR team.
- Support HR projects, events, and initiatives, such as employee engagement activities or wellness programs.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelors degree in Human Resources or related field preferred).
- Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a related HR support role.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with HRIS or other HR software.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with keen attention to detail.
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
- Ability to handle confidential information with integrity and professionalism.
- Team player with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Experience
- At least 1-2 years of administrative or human resources experience.
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment with a focus on multitasking and prioritizing tasks effectively.
Working Hours
- Full-time position (Monday to Friday).
- Standard office hours: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM, with some flexibility depending on workload and deadlines.

- Strong interpersonal skills for building relationships with employees at all levels.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
