We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Office Assistant / Account Assistant to join our dynamic team. Key Responsibilities

  • Perform general office duties such as answering calls, managing correspondence, and maintaining records.
  • Assist in preparing and reconciling financial statements, invoices, and payments.
  • Maintain accurate accounting records and handle data entry tasks.
  • Schedule and organize meetings, appointments, and events.
  • Monitor office supplies and place orders as needed to ensure smooth operations.
  • Support the Accounts team with month-end and year-end financial closing activities.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and summaries for management.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders for administrative tasks.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Proven experience as an Office Assistant, Account Assistant, or similar role.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Tally).
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Keen attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.

Experience

  • Minimum 1–2 years of experience in office administration or accounting support.
  • Prior experience working with financial reports and reconciliations is an advantage.

Working Hours

  • Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM (with flexibility for occasional overtime).
  • Remote or hybrid options available, depending on the companys location.
