Key Responsibilities

  • Handle office supplies inventory, placing orders when necessary, and maintaining an organized workspace.
  • Provide assistance with preparing reports, presentations, and documentation.
  • Act as a point of contact for internal and external communications, including responding to inquiries and emails.
  • Support HR and accounting teams with documentation and record-keeping tasks as required.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures during all administrative activities.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelors degree in business administration or related field is preferred.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and familiarity with office management software.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with attention to detail.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
  • Professional demeanor and the ability to handle confidential information.

Experience

  • Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in an administrative or office assistant role.
  • Experience in supporting HR or accounting teams is a plus.

Working Hours

  • Full-time position: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
  • Occasional flexibility may be required during busy periods.
