Job Summary
HR Service Jobs is seeking a diligent and organized Admin Assistant to join our team in Pune. The Admin Assistant will play a key role in ensuring smooth administrative operations, supporting various teams, and maintaining an efficient workplace.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day administrative tasks, including correspondence, scheduling, and data entry.
- Maintain organized records, files, and documents in both physical and digital formats.
- Coordinate meetings, appointments, and events, ensuring timely communication and preparation.
- Handle office supplies inventory, placing orders when necessary, and maintaining an organized workspace.
- Provide assistance with preparing reports, presentations, and documentation.
- Act as a point of contact for internal and external communications, including responding to inquiries and emails.
- Support HR and accounting teams with documentation and record-keeping tasks as required.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures during all administrative activities.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelors degree in business administration or related field is preferred.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and familiarity with office management software.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Professional demeanor and the ability to handle confidential information.
Experience
- Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in an administrative or office assistant role.
- Experience in supporting HR or accounting teams is a plus.
Working Hours
- Full-time position: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
- Occasional flexibility may be required during busy periods.
