- Maintain office supplies and manage inventory, ensuring a well-stocked and functional workplace.
- File and maintain office documents, ensuring easy access and organization of records.
- Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and documentation for various projects.
- Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
- Coordinate travel arrangements for team members when required.
- Provide general office support, including photocopying, data entry, and mail sorting.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.

Experience:

- Previous experience in managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment is an advantage.
Working Hours:
- Full-time position.
- Standard office hours (9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday).
- Occasional overtime may be required during peak periods.
