Job Summary
We are seeking an enthusiastic and highly motivated Brand Sponsor Sales Coordinator to join our dynamic team. As an entry-level professional, you will assist in building strong relationships with brand sponsors, supporting the sales process, and contributing to the development of strategies to drive brand engagement. Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the identification and outreach to potential brand sponsors.
- Support the sales team in coordinating and managing sponsorship agreements and contracts.
- Prepare and maintain detailed records of sponsor interactions and sales performance.
- Provide administrative support to ensure smooth communication between sponsors and internal teams.
- Help develop marketing and sales materials for brand campaigns.
- Assist in tracking and reporting sponsor performance, delivering feedback to improve engagement.
- Participate in meetings with key stakeholders to discuss brand objectives and marketing strategies.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and market changes.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- A proactive, self-starter attitude with the ability to work well independently and as part of a team.
- Attention to detail and a passion for driving results.
- A strong interest in brand marketing, sales, and the advertising industry.
Experience
- Previous internship or work experience in sales, marketing, or customer service is preferred but not required.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and sales tracking systems is a plus.
Working Hours
- Full-time, Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM.
- Occasional overtime may be required to meet project deadlines.
