Key Responsibilities

• Support clients with meal preparation, feeding, and light housekeeping tasks.
• Monitor and record the clients health and progress, reporting any concerns to the supervisor.
• Provide companionship and emotional support, helping to create a positive and nurturing environment.
• Administer medications and assist with health care routines as directed by healthcare professionals.
• Maintain client confidentiality and follow all care protocols and safety procedures.
• Ensure the home environment is safe and assist with setting up necessary equipment.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Passionate about helping others and providing excellent care.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well with clients and team members.
• Ability to follow instructions and work independently.
• Empathetic, patient, and understanding of the needs of others.
• Must pass a background check and drug screening.
• Basic knowledge of hygiene and personal care procedures.
• First aid and CPR certification is a plus but not required (training will be provided).

Experience

• No prior experience required; however, any experience in caregiving or healthcare-related roles is beneficial.
• Training will be provided to ensure you are fully equipped to assist clients in their daily care routines.

Working Hours

• Flexible part-time and full-time positions available.
• Shifts available during the day, evening, and weekend hours.
• Opportunities for overnight shifts may be available.
