Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Serve dishes and beverages promptly, ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the dining area.
• Provide recommendations on menu items and answer customer inquiries.
• Process payments accurately, including handling cash, credit cards, and mobile transactions.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during busy periods.
• Assist with setting up and closing duties as needed.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining hygiene standards.
• Basic math skills for handling transactions.
• Proficiency in English; additional language skills are a plus.

Experience
