Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Office Assistant to join our dynamic team at The Elite Job. The successful candidate will provide comprehensive administrative and clerical support to ensure the smooth operation of our office environment. Key Responsibilities
- Perform a wide range of administrative tasks, including filing, record-keeping, and handling correspondence.
- Maintain office supplies inventory by monitoring stock and placing orders as necessary.
- Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and documentation for various departments.
- Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for team members.
- Ensure the office environment is organized, clean, and welcoming for employees and visitors.
- Act as the point of contact for internal and external communications, addressing inquiries promptly.
- Support the onboarding process for new employees by managing paperwork and coordinating training sessions.
- Assist in organizing team-building activities and events.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Proven experience as an office assistant or in a similar administrative role.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other productivity tools.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks effectively, and meet deadlines.
- Positive attitude with a proactive and problem-solving approach to work.
Experience
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in administrative or office assistant roles.
- Experience working in a multicultural and diverse environment is highly desirable.
Working Hours
- Full-time: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM (local time)
- Occasional flexibility for special projects or urgent tasks.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Familiarity with office management procedures and standard office equipment.
- Basic understanding of HR processes and employee management is an advantage.
