Job Summary:

HR Service Jobs is looking for a talented Visual Designer to join our team remotely to design and enhance interactive Power BI dashboards. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating visually engaging and user-friendly data visualizations that provide insightful business intelligence. In this role, you will work closely with business analysts, data engineers, and stakeholders to transform complex datasets into clear, accessible, and aesthetically appealing dashboards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to understand data requirements and business goals.
• Design visually appealing and interactive Power BI dashboards that deliver insightful and actionable data.
• Maintain and enhance existing Power BI reports, ensuring they are intuitive, user-friendly, and up-to-date.
• Ensure consistency in design, layout, and brand aesthetics across all dashboards and reports.
• Work with data engineers to ensure seamless integration between data sources and dashboards.
• Provide support and training to end-users to help them leverage Power BI reports and dashboards effectively.
• Continuously assess and improve the usability and functionality of dashboards based on feedback.
• Stay updated on Power BI best practices, new features, and industry trends.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Proficient in Microsoft Power BI, with hands-on experience in designing and building dashboards.
• Strong visual design skills, with an understanding of how to create aesthetically appealing and intuitive data visualizations.
• Experience with data analysis and working with large datasets.
• Familiarity with other Microsoft tools such as Excel, Power Query, and Power Automate.
• Knowledge of best practices for dashboard design, including data storytelling and user experience principles.
• Strong communication skills to interact effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Proficiency in other design tools (e.g., Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Sketch) is a plus.

Experience:

• Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in visual design, focusing on data visualization and dashboard design, preferably in a business intelligence context.
• Experience working in remote or distributed teams.
• Proven ability to work under tight deadlines and handle multiple projects simultaneously.

Working Hours:

• Full-time, remote position.
